All games are to be played behind closed doors, for the safety of all our fans, staff and players. As we prepare for the big Kick Off, we will provide details of progress throughout pre-season on our website and social media channels.

Manager Chris Hames is understandably looking forward to a return to the dug-out after a long period of uncertainty. He said: “I can’t wait to get going. We have pulled together a very competitive pre-season. One that I think tests us in many different ways and gives us the best chance to challenge ourselves, to find our strengths and weaknesses ahead of the season. “Of course we would like to be seeing faces in the stands as we play, but on the other hand I’m not one for shouting about pre-season anyway. For me it’s a chance for us to work on the process not

the product at the moment. To work hard to make sure that in five to six weeks’ time, or whenever the season starts, we are ready to be competitive.

“The plan is that the hard work behind the scenes will mean that when we can welcome fans back, we can show them what team we are and fuel that excitement in our performances”.
