Day 1 went well. Shakes very nice. Felt hungry between lunch and tea time but put this down to the routine change.

Still enjoying shakes. Noticed immediate weight loss in first few days, but weight now stabilised. Recovery time after exercise has improved.

Starting to feel the benefit from being on the diet. Have much more energy whilst training and playing, and a much improved recovery time after. Weight and measurements have remained the same, so my weight has stabilised. Also my body fat and BMI have decreased, and my muscle mass and body water has increased which is a great sign that the diet is definately working.

After completing 1 month on the ‘Herbalife’ wellness programme diet, it has become apparent from tracking my body fat%, my BMI, my body water% and my muscle mass, that the diet ultimately has worked. Over the 4 weeks both my body fat% and BMI have decreased, and my muscle mass and water % have increased. Also my weight throughout the time has generally stabilised again this is a good sign as it was the aim of the diet. However, despite these positive results on paper, I haven’t noticed a great deal of difference in my energy levels whilst participating in sport, or in a day to day life. I have also noticed other adverse side effects whilst on the diet including cramp and bloated feelings. Overerall I am happy with the results of the trial. I certainly felt better knowing I was getting all the right vitamins and nutrients for my body on a daily basis and I would definitely recommend ‘Herbalife’ to anybody wishing to lose weight in a controlled and healthy manner.

Day 1 went better than expected, shakes easy to make and nice. Got a bit grumpy in the afternoon but half a nutrition bar immediately cured that. So far so good.

First few days suffered with bad headaches but probably due to previous coke (cola) addiction. Headaches stopped after 3 days and started to feel better.

Recovery time after Sundays match was biggest plus so far, usually spend Mondays being exhausted and hobbling about but felt sprightly and able to play again.

Shakes are satisfying and don’t normally feel hungry on them, if I do I just munch on the chocolate protein bars. All is well so far.

Still enjoying the tasty shakes and actually feel healthier and full of beans this week.

Feel like my mind has been re- programmed as I don't even fancy eating rubbishy foods like coke and chips anymore.

Slight problem with cramp when exercising heavily but told this is temporary and will subside.

Definately feeling the benefits now as have lots more energy and even went to the Gym this week!

Weight seems to be coming off at a steadier rate but feeling lots more healthy and still enjoying it.

Shakes still filling me up, have no cravings for junk and don't really have need for the chocolate protein bars anymore.

Today is the last day of the experiment but I have to say its been a good journey and one I feel I have really benefited from. I feel loads more energetic and feel my body is now in a lot better shape. Took a bit of fine tuning for footy but that's now sorted and feel loads more energetic during games now.

The programme has been really easy to stick to (my previous diet attempts only lasted 3 hours at the most) and I haven't missed junk food at all.
I plan to continue with herballife in some form or other as it can only be a good thing.

Shake drinks easy to drink and tasty. Quick and easy to prepare. Gives you piece of mind that you are consuming healthy products without the hassle.

Having never dieted before I was very sceptical about this programme but since my assessment results at the start indicating that I could do with losing weight I have to say so far so good. The results say it all and I feel great. It’s been very easy  to stick to the programme and it’s a great feeling knowing that my body is now receiving all the protein and nutrition to help maintain a healthy lifestyle and at the same time improving my energy and fitness levels.

2 weeks have flown by and the results just show how well this programme is working for me. I feel more energetic than I have felt for a long time. The beauty  of this diet is no craving! And I have started to go off junk foods. This can only be a good thing. Highly recommend it to anyone and everyone who wants to improve their own weight , fitness and energy levels.

Feeling good. Slight side effect is cramp in calf muscles. Apparently it’s due to less salt intake from previous eating habits. It will apparently settle. Seem to be turning my nose up at junk food. That can only be a good thing.
