Day 1 went well. Shakes very nice. Felt hungry between lunch and tea time but put this down to the routine change.

Still enjoying shakes. Noticed immediate weight loss in first few days, but weight now stabilised. Recovery time after exercise has improved.

Starting to feel the benefit from being on the diet. Have much more energy whilst training and playing, and a much improved recovery time after. Weight and measurements have remained the same, so my weight has stabilised. Also my body fat and BMI have decreased, and my muscle mass and body water has increased which is a great sign that the diet is definately working.

After completing 1 month on the ‘Herbalife’ wellness programme diet, it has become apparent from tracking my body fat%, my BMI, my body water% and my muscle mass, that the diet ultimately has worked. Over the 4 weeks both my body fat% and BMI have decreased, and my muscle mass and water % have increased. Also my weight throughout the time has generally stabilised again this is a good sign as it was the aim of the diet. However, despite these positive results on paper, I haven’t noticed a great deal of difference in my energy levels whilst participating in sport, or in a day to day life. I have also noticed other adverse side effects whilst on the diet including cramp and bloated feelings. Overerall I am happy with the results of the trial. I certainly felt better knowing I was getting all the right vitamins and nutrients for my body on a daily basis and I would definitely recommend ‘Herbalife’ to anybody wishing to lose weight in a controlled and healthy manner.
