The clubs priority this season is fund raising. It is a big part of running a football
club and everyone is expected to help please. Ways
to help
a) FUN RUN. open to all involved with
the club.............Start collecting sponsors for this years fun run. Details on website
b) Player Sponsorship. Each and every SENIOR player should try and get themselves
sponsored. For £25 your sponsor will be displayed on our new 'Squad page' on the club website.
c) We are holding a RACE NIGHT at Thackley FC soon. This is for
all and everyone. Details will be displayed on the website soon.
d)
The committee have arranged to set up a stall/stalls at a large car boot sale in the very near future and
request we all start to deposit bags/boxes of saleable items to display and sell. All items can be brought to training and
stored in the BCWFC room at Rawdon. No junk please. Players will not be asked to help sell as the boot sale will be on a match
day.
